Apple is likely to release four iPhone 14 versions later this year, with the lineup changing as well. With the iPhone 12 and 13 mini not selling well, Apple will instead launch a larger non-Pro model to make the largest iPhone size more affordable.
DuanRui Tweeted the photograph after initially publishing it on Weibo. The entry-level iPhone 14 and 14 Pro are believed to have 6.1-inch displays, while the bigger iPhone 14 model and 14 Pro Max would have 6.7-inch panels. These models are similar to the metal molds we saw a few months ago.
DuanRui also released a side-by-side comparison of the sizes of the 14 Pro Max's alleged camera islands. The 14 Pro Max appears to be larger, which could indicate new camera hardware for the 14 Pro Max. According to reports, the iPhone 14 Pro Max will include a higher-resolution 48MP camera, and the front-facing cameras on the Pro models will be greatly improved. Otherwise, the forthcoming iPhone models appear to feature a similar design language, with flat corners and front and back surfaces. Instead of a notch, the notch is expected to be replaced with a dual punch-hole configuration for the Face ID hardware.
According to some rumors, only Apple's Pro models will receive the new A16 processor this year, while the 14 and 14 'Plus' will continue to employ the A15 found in Apple's iPhone 13 series. Apple is also likely to put this year's Pro models first.
